Shipping policy

Free Shipping in the U.S.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders for members within the United States.

Standard shipping is the default option, and most orders are delivered within 3–9 business days after they leave our warehouse.

If you need faster delivery, you can choose priority shipping for an additional fee. Priority orders usually arrive within one week or less after shipment. Please note that this fee is non-refundable.

International Shipping
Delivery times for international orders are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as customs processing, weather conditions, natural disasters, or shipping carrier delays.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and related charges. All shipments are declared at full value, and we cannot adjust this value to reduce customs fees.

These charges are required by the destination country and must be paid before delivery. They are based on the type and value of the items and are not collected by us. In some cases, the shipping carrier may pay these fees in advance and collect payment from the recipient upon delivery.

By placing an order, the buyer (consignee) authorizes us to handle the import process on their behalf and allows us to appoint a third party, such as a customs broker, if needed.

Customers are responsible for all customs-related requirements. Any additional costs caused by refused shipments, failed deliveries, returns, or abandoned packages due to customs issues will be the customer’s responsibility.
